Recent weeks have seen a new state of the art irrigation system installed at Talunga Park Oval in Mount Pleasant, South Australia.
Site works are nearing completion, and will conclude after construction of a reclaimed water pump station to service this area. The pump set along with associated switch gear were supplied and installed by Terrain Group.
The system is controlled by a Hunter Hydrawise web-based controller, which enables all programming and scheduling via PC, smartphone or iPad. Features also include alarms and alerts notifications to nominated devices, ensuring that the system runs at maximum efficiency and management personnel are always aware of system performance.
As part of the tender process, the local Council requested that works be scheduled such that the oval could remain open and accessible for weekend events–and our Terrain Water team was able to accommodate this.
“It’s been a pleasure to work along side Barossa Council on this project and we look forward to commissioning a fully operational system in the coming days”.
