Completed in June 2023, this project saw Terrain Group deliver a fully integrated public restroom facility for the growing community at Redstone Estate in Sunbury, Victoria.
Working with Flemings, Terrain Group managed the full supply and installation of a unisex, wheelchair-accessible restroom within a newly developed park and green space. Accessibility was a key priority, with the facility designed to support inclusive use through compliant access pathways and two dedicated accessible cubicles.

✅ Concrete slab construction
✅ Full building installation
✅ Second fix plumbing and electrical
✅ Testing, commissioning and handover
Constructed using Terrain Group’s all-aluminium design, the facility offers long-term durability, low maintenance, and strong resistance to harsh outdoor conditions.
This project provides a practical and reliable amenity that supports everyday use while enhancing the overall functionality of the estate’s public open space.
