The Burton toilet buildings installed at the upgraded Port Pirie Sporting Precinct are another great example of the modular multi-purpose buildings from Modus, combining classic styling to suit the historic mid-North town, with all of the latest features that ensure toilets are robust, easy to maintain and accessible for people with all levels of ability.
The Burton 5 cubicle, adjacent to the Western Oval, features male and female standard cubicles, male and female ambulant and also a unisex wheelchair accessible cubicle and parent room. Constructed with a cold-dip galvanised frame, clad in maroon corrugated iron with cream framing and highlights, the colour scheme beautifully matches that of the historic Memorial Oval grandstand, as well as recent additions and even landscaping.
“all the comfort and features of an internal building, with the durability of a quality outdoor building”
The Burton features internal walls made from Mini Orb corrugated Zincalume cladding, designed for corrosion resistance in a wet environment, also making them easy to clean and maintain.
With stainless steel sinks and tap ware, and fully plumbed toilet systems, the outdoor toilet building has all the comfort and features of an internal building, with the durable qualities that a quality outdoor building should have.
